We have had so much success as Amati! Shiva was super helpful and patient as we took our time to make our choices. Prices can't be beat. We are very happy with everything we bought for our bathrooms and kitchen.

I needed a part for my 23 year faucet. I ordered it from the USA. They sent a final sale incorrect part. But then I found the part online from Amati Canada. I was so happy. They were wonderful. Not only did they have the part but they took the incorrect one in exchange. Thank you Anthony. You were a lifesaver.

Excellent customer service.In the month of August, I visited Amati’s showroom to get help with a leaking kitchen faucet which I had purchased in 2013.A gentleman took the information and advised he would check for the parts and call me in 2days. Did not hear from him so I called the store spoke with Anthony and next day I again visited the store and explained the problem to him.Anthony was very attentive and friendly, right away he understood the problem and was able to resolve the matter.Surprisingly he gave me the replacement parts at no charge.My kitchen faucet is now working, thank you Anthony and I appreciate all that you did.I highly recommend this store and I will always be a customer.Excellent customer service, 5 star rating.C

Really kind staff! Came here looking for inspiration to renovate my washroom and the sales staff was really helpful recommending pretty combination that were in my budget!!!The items I ordered didn't take much to arrive and they contacted me to pick up as soon as they received it.Their showroom is really big and it has too many options. I am glad they assisted me as soon as I looked overwhelmed by so many options. I've never experienced this kind of service before.I would be coming back to renovate my kitchen!5 STARS SERVICE!!!

We had an issue with a toilet purchased at Amati 4 years ago. I had inadvertently broke off to posts of the flushing mechanism.Called for assistance, sent pictures and then no questions asked was told to bring in the broken peice. They fixed on the spot.Excellent service and truly stand behind their products!!

Excellent customer service! Show room has a lot of variety of items and finishes of any kind if you are thinking on redoing your whole bath & kitchen, and their sales people are really knowledgeable on the products. I highly recommend getting all your fixtures from them :)

Visited Amati as a first-time customer after finding them online and seeing they had what we were looking for in stock (and on sale). Very nice showroom with lots of great looking and high-end products. My wife and I were there for just a small purchase, but got served by the General Manager (Anthony), who provided friendly and attentive service that was worth writing about. I would definitely go back and confidently recommend based on my experience today.

Amazing service! We redid our bathrooms 11 years ago with Amati products - cabinets, sinks, walk in shower, toilets, bathtub, etc. Absolutely beautiful results. Last week a sink plunger broke. Renovated two bathrooms and a kitchen over the years, this is the place we return to for good selection and great advice. Had to go back twice to replace a defective shower hose and the faucet spout. They immediately provided a replacement even if it had been almost 3 years for the faucet. Great after sale service!

I was referred by a friend to Amati kitchen and bath store to buy a kitchen faucet.My experience regarding Amati store was full of positive aspects. They were so professional, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had a chance to meet Ms Sherry and Mr Anthony who were amazing. My experience with Mr. Anthony especially, reminded me of just how responsible he is as a provider. Amati is high quality, reasonably priced, and have the best customer service. Highly recommend Amati to anyone with the needs for bathroom fixtures, they have a beautiful showroom and high-quality products, and more importantly, Anthony (the manager at Amati) has given us splendid after-sale service which I believe is what sets the stores apart in the industry. I would like to sincerely thank Anthony for going beyond for us in supporting all of our needs and concerns, patiently answering all of our questions with his knowledge and experience, and offered the best alternative solutions when we had an issue with the original parts that came with the shower set. Previously, my family member tried to solve the issue by dealing with the manufacturer directly however he was mistreated by the manufacturer, so this time we went to Amati instead where we met Anthony, he quickly welcomed us into his office, patiently listened to our story and understood our concerns, and assured us right away stating that “we are Amati’s clients, so he will take good care of us, don’t worry about the rest”, and surely he did what he promised and helped solve the daunting issue we had, without asking us to pay anything for the replacement parts. Anthony is also very genuine, if he says this is a good product, it is, if he says something has a flaw in the design, then it does. I would really trust him in his suggestions and recommendations when picking out a product for my home.

This is a company that truly cares about their customers. Their after sales service is just as good as the original sale. I have been dealing with them for over 10 years.
