Re-Opening Notice

IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING RE-OPENING OF AMATI CANADA
In Accordance with the provincial government, beginning May 25, 2020, our store will be open for customer entry.
Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
We remain committed to the health and safety of our customers and associates, ad we will continue to maintain the necessary safety measures we have put in place in our stores over the last several weeks. These include:
- Customers are asked to wear masks and gloves in the store.
- Limiting the number of customers allowed into our store by appointment at one time and asking that customers avoid shopping in groups, only by two’s to abide by social and physical distancing guidelines.
- Installing plexiglass screens at reception areas and adding signage to help clients and associates maintain a safe distance from one another.
- Increasing the frequency of clearing & disinfecting surfaces throughout the stores.
- Offering convenient pick-up and delivery options to limit store traffic.
Please note will that as be we re-open our store we will be doing so in a cautious manner. Certain services will initially be limited. They include;
- Face masks are mandatory when in the showroom.
- Maintaining a limited customer pickup schedule (see pickup schedule below).
- Potential delays in receiving products from our supplier partners and vendors.
- Potential delays in service or warranty of products from our supplier partners and vendors.
- Stores will only begin accepting returns on May 22.
Curb Side Pickup Service is available to the public but requires scheduling. Scheduling can be made through our coordinator. The curbside pick schedule is as follows:
Pick-ups: Monday – Saturday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
PICK-UPS MUST BE SCHEDULED 24 HRS IN ADVANCE
